1. Play how and when you want to. it's your money that you spend each month so play the way you want to play with some exceptions. we will not tolerate any disrespect toward anyone.
each character has a real person behind them.
that said here are some of the general rules to keep order.
Loot Rules
5man Instance
BOE - Roll Need if it is an upgrade, Please consider how much of an upgrade it is compared to someone else in the group. Otherwise Roll Greed. Mistakes can be fixed easy by doing a (
/roll ) or a group decision.
BOP - Roll Need if it is an upgrade, Please consider how much of an upgrade it is compared to someone else in the group. Otherwise Pass. If an Enchanter is present do a ( /roll ) Highest
roll may chose to either loot the item or have it DE'd. Don't assume to shard everything some things will Vendor for more then the DE results.
10man Instance
All Loot will be master Looted by the Raid Leader At Green level items and above
Loot Priorities - Mains Above Alts above Initiates above PUGS
When an item is to be Looted The raid Lead will Post in Raid Chat the Item And ask For rolls. Highest roll Will win. An Officer May over ride this result if it is determined the item would be
better given to another person ( Caster Blade being won by a melee class just because the DPS is higher )
25man instances
No DKP system has been considered at this time. when we advance to this point. a meeting will be called to figure what the best way to handle this will be.
Guild Bank Rules
Any Member may deposit items and/or gold as they wish this is not required. to request an item(s) or for assistance. you may ask a general ranked Officer or above if they are not busy. or
a request may be sent to "Tanceaction" who will be checked daily in the morning. The Guild bank will only be as good as it's members make it. if no one donates it will dry out eventually.
Donated items may be sent to the following toons
Tranceaction - Main Guild Bank Dump (any items sent here will be sorted
OtvFood- Any food or consumable (Potions, Bandages, ETC)
OtvCloth - Any Cloth or leather
OtvOre- Any mined items (Ore, Bars, Gems)
OtvHerb - Any Picked Item ( Herbs, elemental items)
OtvTurnins -Any item use as a turn in either for a quest or rep.
OtvRaid - Any Raid items (Buff food, Pots, and scrolls)
Items in the guild bank
Items from the Guild Bank are to be used at the time of with drawl and not to be kept until needed or sold these are ground for instant removal from the guild.
Crafting materials are there to help with the crafting of needed items. at least one stack will try to be maintained in the bank with over flow being sent to guild bank toons for storage.
Plans and recipes will be given out on a case by case basis and only by written requests. as these are for all member be considerate and ask for your most wanted one. Skill in the
requested trade skill will be checked by the armory to make sure you meet the required level.
Enchanting Materials will only be used to enchant currently equipped items and only by a guild enchanter.
Gems are to only be cut by Guild Jewel crafters and only for currently equipped items.
Gold in the Guild Bank These Fund will be used to assist with Respecs as needed and other things. this will be on a case by case basis. this is also supplied by member donations.
[color=Blue][u][b]Forum and Vent Rules[/b][/u][/color]
It is not required to use either but it is recommended Forums will be a place to share and gather information on classes and trade skills as well as Event postings. Vent is a Voice
Communication program and will be require to raid. a mic is not need but you will need to have it to listen to others for instructions.
Guild Mod Pack
This contains Mods that are helpful as well as those that will be required for raiding. This can be found on the Forums and will be updated when changes to the mods are avalible. It is not
required for casual Guild runs It will how ever it will be required for any and all raids. If help is needed to set any part of it up please ask.
Council Members -

- No offensive, vulgar or inappropriate language in guild or alliance chat, Ventrilo or forums

- Respond, at least in chat, when a member asks for assistance (if nothing more than to tell them you do not know or will be with them in a minute).
- Accept items for guild storage to be transferred to the guild bank or guild storage.
- All member rules are to be enforced and abided by officers
